After getting selected to the U.S. Women’s National Field Hockey Team there was added new pressure and my mindset became my biggest weakness. After working with a sports psychologist, I learned proven techniques that turned my bench warmer status into a starter within weeks. It felt like magic! I’ve dedicated my post-athletic career reading, learning, and getting certified in Neuro-Linguistics Programing (NLP), as a Mindfulness Instructor and Performance Coach, ACC, ICF.
