THIS PROGRAM IS FOR YOU IF...
You LOVE the idea of giving your captains the gift of mentorship from former NCAA captains from the best teams in the country, who won national and regional championships.
You are a COACH who has brand new captains and you want them to learn how to create trusting relationships while maintaining ACCOUNTABILITY so they step into their role with CONFIDENCE.
You want CAPTAINS with STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS to speak in front of the team and lead with both her WORDS and her ACTIONS.
You want to FOCUS LESS on minor TEAM DRAMA and more on the tactical strategy for practices and games (because your captains will have the skills to take care of team issues that naturally come up).
You appreciate that the COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES your captain will learn will be LIFELONG SKILLS that will help them succeed in leading your team and, after college, in NAVIGATING ADVERSITY in the real world!
WHY YOUR CAPTAIN NEEDS A
LEADERSHIP COMMUNITY
Authentic Leadership
Your captains will have the confidence to honor their unique strengths rather than trying to conform to the “stereotypical” captain.

LOVE FROM OUR
COMMUNITY OF CAPTAINS

"Looking back on myself, I see how different I was in August than I am now, and all the skills I've learned from this opportunity."
Celia Nocivelli
Boston University, Captain

"Our record was 5-2 at the beginning of the season, I didn’t really know how it was going to go. And it was not super easy for me to step into the role, feeling confident, and talking in front of the team at first. I wish I had this resource at the start of the season."
Gabby Sousa
Tufts University, Captain
All American
National Championship Team

"I realized how important the reflection of team leaders are for the entire team because the right energy is everything!"
Natalie Correia
Endicott College, Captain
NFHCA All-Region Second Team

"As a leader your actions are going to be looked at by the team and the team is going to follow what you do. So it is crucial in pressure situations to stay calm and bring the team together."
Claire Danahy
UMass Amherst, Captain
First Team All-American
U.S. National Team Member

"I was definitely not the loudest on my team, but I really put my head down, controlled what I could control, and didn’t try to be someone I wasn’t. I think that is what made me stand out and get my teammates thinking that those are really great leadership qualities to have."
Greta Hinke
Northwestern University, Captain

CLASS OF 2026
We see it every year—captains chosen for their athletic skills and heart. As coaches, we hope they’ll just “get it.” And these young women are smart; they do figure it out. But at what cost? How many silent doubts do they carry before they grow into the leader your team really needs?
In this live, once-a-year student-athlete leadership program, Former Collegiate Captains will mentor your prospective captains on the communication skills and relationship-building strategies your leaders need to build an inclusive, committed, and competitive team culture.
Over 4 live group coaching sessions and video training, your captains will gain proven communication skills and apply them in real team scenarios, communicating with empathy and keeping players accountable to team standards.
