LEADERSHIP

Player-to-Player Women’s Leadership Forum

Where players teach players how to lead

Strong leaders don’t just happen.

They prepare to lead with real scenarios.

The Player-to-Player Women’s Leadership Forum is a peer-led leadership program designed to help rising NCAA women’s captains step into leadership with confidence, clear communication, and trusting relationships—right from day one.

Created from real stories shared by former collegiate captains, this program gives future leaders the tools they need to lead on and off the field.

Who This Is For

✔ NCAA coaches who want prepared team leaders
✔ Programs that value culture and communication
✔ Captains with leadership potential
✔ Team accountability from within (less drama!)

Why Coaches Should Invest in Leadership

Captains are often selected for their work ethic and performance.
But leadership is rarely taught.

Without leadership training:

  • Figure leadership out as they go

  • Navigate tough conversations alone

  • Balance friendships and authority

  • Carry the emotional weight of team culture

When captains are prepared:

  • Teams communicate better

  • Culture is stronger

  • Coaches spend less time managing peer conflict

  • Teams are better positioned for successful seasons.
