We offer mental training, strength and conditioning and field hockey lessons. We tailor programs for athletes at any level - high school, collegiate, international, or professional level. To maximize your potential we recommend working together over a 3 month period. Mental Training Personal Sessions
Your program is custom designed to help you set goals, clear out mental interference and build the skills of top performers. Clients learn various mental training skills, including; guided visualizations, confidence building, replacing negative self-talk and focusing practices. Every client receives a custom MP3 recording and a pre-performance routine.

Strength and Conditioning
Get in shape for your season with Mind Body Athletics. Strength and Conditioning sessions are booked in packages of four, five or six sessions. Workouts consist of kettle bell training, conditioning, body-weight exercises, mindful stretching and breath awareness. The sessions also includes a take-home strength and conditioning and goal-setting packet. Contact us for details

Field Hockey Lessons
Come train with a former international field hockey athlete and collegiate coach. Field Hockey lessons are booked in packages of two sessions. Athletes will learn fundamental stick skills, dribbling, passing accuracy, defensive tackling and offensive elimination moves plus more.
