Dear Coach,

Real talk. Your team picked (or are about to pick) your captain for a reason.

The talent. The heart. The way the team already looks up to her.

But here's the thing nobody tells you: being amazing at your sport and knowing how to LEAD are two totally different things.

And when your captain gets handed the Captain band with no clue how to hold a teammate accountable, or how to manage her own stress during a rough stretch, the whole team feels it.

The drama sneaks in. The standard slips. And guess who's left holding it all together mid-season? You. With zero time to spare.

But here’s the GOOD NEWS
Here's what you'll walk away with:

The accountability conversations nobody teaches captains how to have (this one's a game-changer!)

How to spot burnout and stop it before it spreads through your team

The imposter syndrome your captain is quietly carrying, and what leaders can actually do about it

Why the calm, authentic leader beats the loudest voice in the room, every single time

I've been there with SO many coaches. And I promise you, it doesn't have to go that way.

Because leadership? It's a skill. It can be taught. And on August 5, I'm going to show you exactly how.

Founder Mindfulness Athletic

Former US National Team player and mental performance coach with almost 20 years in the game. I spent my whole career on the part of sport nobody trains: the mental side, and I was the athlete whose head was her toughest opponent. Now it's my life's work, so the next generation of captains doesn't have to figure it out alone.
