2017 HALL OF FAME SPEECH
Despite having earned my place on the U.S National Team. I still felt like I wasn't good enough...

I was so self-critical of every mistake that I convinced myself I didn't deserve to be there..
❌ Performance anxiety and overthinking drained my energy and self-esteem
❌ Every setback and failure was more proof I wasn't good enough
❌ My performance got WORSE over time as I got less and less playing time
Robyn Kenney at the 2003 Champion's Challenge in Virginia Beach
You know that moment when the sport you once loved....Now becomes a super stressful part of your life?
In fact, I almost quit a couple of times... Until literally one workshop with a sports psychologist changed everything. I immediately realized that my biggest weakness was that I was NOT training my mind. I needed a mental performance coach.
I soon understood how important it was to train my mind and what was holding me back. When I started using these simple, yet powerful sports psychology tools, I finally focused on doing the right things and the right words to unlock my true potential. I earned a Silver Medal on the U.S. Team and scored goals in the World Cup Qualifying Tournament, with over 40 international games to boot!
Since then, I've dedicated my post-athletic career reading, learning, and getting certified so that I can help athletes activate their competitive confidence, and unleash YOUR true potential. Your mental game is the X-factor if you strive to be an elite athlete!
I can be your guide on your path to dominate in your sport. You will learn how to block out the noise, strengthen your mental game so that you can play consistently, thrive under pressure with greater enjoyment and stronger self-confidence.
