We offer in person and online Mindfulness Courses for Parents. We've partnered with KORU Mindfulness to offer Parents a four-week course that teaches the basics of Mindfulness in a group setting. Join a community of other Sports Parents who are all experiencing similar stressors and expectations for their child's sports goals.

As a parent, we can be pulled in many different directions. Learn the mental skills of mindfulness to help you be in the present moment with a sense of calm even during life's most chaotic times. These skills can help you enjoy more moments with your son or daughter. You'll learn pre-game anxiety reducing techniques, keeping your cool during a game and mindful communication to make a positive connection with your child after a tough game.
