This program is self-paced and includes video lessons, written mental-training exercises, and audio practices designed to strengthen your Mental Game. You’ll build deeper self-awareness, learn to activate confidence on demand, and develop a champion’s mindset so you can compete at your highest level. The course has four levels. Begin with the Welcome Video and Baseline Assessment, then move through each lesson in order. If a lesson includes an audio or worksheet, you’ll get the most value by completing those activities before moving on. I recommend using one dedicated notebook for your insights and exercises. You’ll also find downloadable worksheets you can type directly into or print and complete by hand—keep everything together so you can revisit it over time. As a bonus, you receive one free 30-minute strategy session! Once you finish Level 1, you’ll be able to schedule your virtual session with me.
